About Me

I came to therapy years ago with a feeling of being lost in the world.

Surprisingly, to me, I discovered who I was and the aspects of my life I wanted to change. Therapy allowed me a space to process my thoughts, notice my feelings, and gave me permission to pause and breathe through the big life stuff.

Training as a gestalt psychotherapist and Spirituality hold strong alignment, as I put trust into the unknown in an act of courage with the risk of vulnerability.

J. Campbell  -  “The cave you fear to enter holds the treasure you seek”.

After four years clinical training, I am at the final stage of professional accreditation by the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) (no: 2011189477). I abide by their code of ethics.

When I’m not working, I enjoy being in nature soaking up all the sounds and sights the seasons have to offer. Music offers me a space to be free and playful whilst encouraging my creativity.
